The Lao capital city of Vientiane has the hustle and bustle of a growing city along with its growing middle class. This is often epitomized in the increased flow of traffic and large vehicles on the road. In this picture, the fast moving vehicles are but a stream of light as they drive past the Patuxai monument near the city's center.
